Inside Sales Representative - Must Love Dogs!

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour base, plus commission and bonus earning potential.

About the role

Join one of the fastest growing, award-winning pet care companies in the country as a Reservation Specialist and Inside Sales Representative in our call center. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, touring prospective clients and their pets, promoting our unique services, booking reservations, ensuring client retention, and account management. You will promote DogiZone's high standard of daily care and services for our pet guests, including overnight lodging, day care, bathing, training, concierge transport, and other services as required. No cold-calling and lots of room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Tour prospective clients and their pets
• Promote DogiZone’s services
• Book reservations
• Ensure client retention and account management
• Promote high standards of daily care for pet guests (overnight lodging, day care, bathing, training, concierge transport, etc.)

Requirements

• Self-motivated; you don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Eager to learn and apply our Proven Coaching System
• Able to work on-site in Rockville, MD
• A love for dogs

Qualifications

• Past sales experience for an upscale product or service
• Positive attitude; upbeat and enthusiastic
• Polished verbal skills
• Motivated by measurable goals and a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills

Pay

Hourly pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour base, plus commission and bonus earning potential.

Schedule

We are seeking coverage within these windows. Individual shifts fall inside these hours:

• 7am – 7pm Monday through Friday (this is not a 12-hour shift)
• 8am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday
• Part-time shifts may vary
