    KAAST Machine Tools is a growing supplier of new CNC & manual machine tools and metal fabrication equipment serving manufacturers across North America. We work with fabrication shops, machine shops, OEMs, and manufacturers across a wide range of industries.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aldan, PA, just outside the greater Philadelphia area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving manufacturing challenges, and building long-term relationships while representing a broad portfolio of industrial machinery.

    - Manage Leads & Pipeline: Qualify and follow up on inbound and warm leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and track all activity in our CRM.

    - Customer Engagement: Analyze customer applications, recommend the ideal KAAST machinery, and deliver compelling presentations with accurate quotes.

    - Build Relationships: Establish trust and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers.

    - Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of KAAST’s extensive product line and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

    - Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

    - Trade Shows: Attend 2-3 industry events per year.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales or account management; capital equipment or machine tool experience is highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, quick to learn new technologies, and highly organized.
    • Attributes: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to build rapport with customers; team player who can also work independently.

    Preferred Experience

    • 2+ years in inside sales or account management
    • Experience with capital equipment or industrial machinery

      Compensation
      - Competitive base salary plus commission

      Schedule

      This is a full-time, in-person position based in Aldan, PA 19018, near Philadelphia. Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance.
