Responsibilities
- Manage Leads & Pipeline: Qualify and follow up on inbound and warm leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and track all activity in our CRM.
- Customer Engagement: Analyze customer applications, recommend the ideal KAAST machinery, and deliver compelling presentations with accurate quotes.
- Build Relationships: Establish trust and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of KAAST’s extensive product line and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Trade Shows: Attend 2-3 industry events per year.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales or account management; capital equipment or machine tool experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Skills
- Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems,
- Quick to learn new technologies,
- Highly organized.
