About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative II to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate new business opportunities within existing and competitive accounts, manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships. Sales experience is required; automotive software sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking all activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Use sales process knowledge to meet and exceed quota.
- Sales Process: Guide accounts through the sales process. Conduct product demonstrations as needed to complete the sales cycle.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address customer pain points.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding of new clients.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% for customer-facing sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes in the market and sales strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay
Compensation Range: $52,900 - $88,000
