What's the Job?
Support sales efforts by engaging with government and large account clients through outbound calls and emails to discuss testing needs and business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, conducting quarterly business reviews and proactive outreach. Create and implement Territory Action Plans focused on sales targets, customer needs, and market trends to achieve revenue goals. Analyze account performance, identify sales potential, and introduce new products to enhance customer satisfaction and growth. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using Salesforce.com, supporting team collaboration and strategic planning.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in prospecting and managing large accounts, with a preference for government sector experience
- Knowledge of the toxicology industry is a plus, but not required
