Inside Sales Representative (Grapevine, TX.)

We pride ourselves as door-opening experts, not simply a construction material supplier.

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will sell door and hardware products and services offered by Himmel’s to walk-in and over-the-phone customers from our Grapevine, TX location.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with door and hardware product or service needs by explaining and demonstrating features of our products and referring service calls to our Maintenance Department.
• Answer customers’ questions and send additional information regarding Himmel’s products via email, chat, and phone.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a smooth sales transaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to effectively perform in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive and helpful demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and successfully complete random screens.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
