Inside Sales Representative (Fully In- Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas in line with individual and company forecast.
  • Sell continued service opportunities to existing customers.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters in an assigned territory.
  • Manage a business book that targets at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) in revenue annually.
  • Provide presentations as required via phone and/or web conference to key decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Prepare reports on sales pipeline and account status.
  • Aid in resolving challenging customer requests and issues as needed.
  • Maintain accounts accurately in CRM database.
  • Achieve various KPIs as set by management.
  • Adhere to PharmaLink’s branding policies and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Handle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Coach and train customers in the use of our systems and services.
  • Utilize best practices to improve department efficiency and revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Inside sales, account management, or a call center environment.
  • Associates degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfort with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage a current book of business while prospecting and closing new sales.
  • Experience in High-Volume Cold Calling – Demonstrated success in a similar environment is ideal.
  • Comfort with Scripts & Rebuttals – Willing to follow and improve structured sales frameworks (two rebuttals per call, etc.).
  • Quick Thinker – Able to pivot conversations, identify pain points, and tailor responses in real-time.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • English proficiency

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
