Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales quotas in line with individual and company forecast.
- Sell continued service opportunities to existing customers.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters in an assigned territory.
- Manage a business book that targets at least one million dollars ($1,000,000) in revenue annually.
- Provide presentations as required via phone and/or web conference to key decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value.
- Prepare reports on sales pipeline and account status.
- Aid in resolving challenging customer requests and issues as needed.
- Maintain accounts accurately in CRM database.
- Achieve various KPIs as set by management.
- Adhere to PharmaLink’s branding policies and marketing strategies.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.
- Handle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
- Coach and train customers in the use of our systems and services.
- Utilize best practices to improve department efficiency and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Inside sales, account management, or a call center environment.
- Associates degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage a current book of business while prospecting and closing new sales.
- Experience in High-Volume Cold Calling – Demonstrated success in a similar environment is ideal.
- Comfort with Scripts & Rebuttals – Willing to follow and improve structured sales frameworks (two rebuttals per call, etc.).
- Quick Thinker – Able to pivot conversations, identify pain points, and tailor responses in real-time.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- English proficiency
