Inside Sales Representative - Dental

Inside Sales Representative Remote (US) | Occasional travel (trade shows/events)CSG is partnered with a leading dental manufacturer (supporting 11,000+ dentists across the US), hiring an Inside Sales Rep to own and grow a portfolio of existing standard accounts.This role sits at the center of revenue retention + account expansion, partnering closely with the wider commercial team (including field/new business) to drive growth across more offices, deeper adoption within offices, and additional service lines-while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities Own and grow a book of existing dental practice accounts (account management + inside sales)Act as the primary point of contact for dentists and office teams, resolving issues and protecting satisfaction/retentionIdentify and execute growth opportunities via upsell / cross-sell and increased utilizationManage inbound leads and convert opportunities through a consultative sales processPartner with field Business Development to support expansion and coordinated account plansMaintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and account health tracking (HubSpot a plus)Support renewals / commercial conversations where applicable and escalate risks proactivelyShare customer feedback and market insights internally to improve service delivery and commercial execution Requirements Clinical dental background (RDA, RDH, dental assisting, etc.) and a clear move into (or strong interest in) sales/account managementComfortable owning revenue targets and operating in a KPI-driven environmentStrong relationship-building skills with busy practices; consultative communication styleOrganised, data-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities at paceCRM familiarity required (HubSpot preferred)US-based and able to travel occasionally for industry events
