Duties and Responsibilities

  • Makes outgoing phone calls to new and existing clients per R2 by your manager.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching prospects and leads for potential accounts.
  • Collaborates with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Maintains and expands the company’s database of prospects.
  • Sets up and delivers sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Aids in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converts them into sales.
  • Overcomes objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasizes product/service features and benefits, quotes prices, discusses credit terms, and registers clients for ASSA events.
  • Enters new customer data and updates changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Attends periodic sales training where applicable.
  • Appropriately communicates brand identity and corporate position.
  • Develops an understanding of ASSA CRM (Salesforce) supplying proper notes and information for accurate data tracking.
  • Maintains required conversion rate per ASSA average sale per presentation.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong work ethic & self-starter.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Energetic.
