Duties and Responsibilities
- Makes outgoing phone calls to new and existing clients per R2 by your manager.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching prospects and leads for potential accounts.
- Collaborates with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Maintains and expands the company’s database of prospects.
- Sets up and delivers sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Aids in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
- Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converts them into sales.
- Overcomes objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasizes product/service features and benefits, quotes prices, discusses credit terms, and registers clients for ASSA events.
- Enters new customer data and updates changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Attends periodic sales training where applicable.
- Appropriately communicates brand identity and corporate position.
- Develops an understanding of ASSA CRM (Salesforce) supplying proper notes and information for accurate data tracking.
- Maintains required conversion rate per ASSA average sale per presentation.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Strong desire to succeed.
- Strong work ethic & self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented.
- Energetic.
