Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to customers, providing product information and answering inquiries
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor accounts receivable and perform collections activities to ensure timely payments
- Cookordination with internal departments such as credit, sales, and logistics to resolve customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account statuses
- Aid with sales reporting and achieving individual and team sales goals

Sunday through ThursdayCompensation
Competitive salary with performance bonuses. $20-22/hour plus CommissionRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or collections preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
