Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other demand generation initiatives
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to targeted accounts
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs, business challenges, decision-making processes, and project timelines
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate seamless handoff of sales ready leads to Sales Managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including lead status, activities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide market feedback, customer insights, and messaging recommendations
- Partner with Engineering and technical teams to address customer questions and support solution development when necessary
- Utilize AI-powered productivity tools and research platforms to improve outreach effectiveness and sales preparation
- Represent Yotta Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events as needed
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of energy storage technologies, utility rate structures, and commercial energy management concepts
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a customer facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging prospective customers through phone, email, and virtual communication channels
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or energy technology industries
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 DOE
- Commission: 1% commission on sales generated
