Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Actively promote products and services to prospects and customers by telephone
  • Meet assigned daily sales targets plus daily call volume goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to phone and internet customers
  • Resolve problems reported by our customers
  • Apply procedures, products, and services consistently
  • Produce quotes and with accuracy and attention to detail

Skills And Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales experience with industrial equipment preferred, but not required
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience including prospecting, lead generation, and lead management preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems and data entry accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office CRM/Sales-I experience a plus
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive

Base Pay plus commission
