On-target-earnings (OTE) are heavily weighted toward performance, giving driven, competitive reps the opportunity to earn well above market averages

Swept provides comprehensive technology and digital marketing services to businesses across various industries within the U.S. Within our digital marketing division, we help small business owners achieve their business goals by driving customers in their door through their website, digital advertising and social media.

The Job

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is eager to grow. In More Detail, You Will Identify small businesses that would benefit from our digital marketing services. Conduct cold outreach via phone. Engage business owners in consultative conversations to understand their needs. Present personalized digital marketing solutions to help them achieve their goals. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
