Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Watermelon Swim is looking for a friendly, driven Inside Sales Representative to help families enroll in life-saving swim lessons. You'll work with warm leads only — no cold calling — and help parents say "yes" to safer swimmers.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment
• Follow up on warm leads and confidently close registrations
• Work with a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable with multi-line phones
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
• Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• 18+ years old
• Seeking either full-time or part-time availability

Pay

$18.50/hour + monthly incentives

Schedule

Must be available to work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day.
