Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Watermelon Swim is seeking a friendly, driven Inside Sales Representative to assist families in enrolling their children in essential swim lessons.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families via phone and email to guide them through the enrollment process
• Follow up on warm leads and confidently secure registrations
• Work collaboratively with a positive, high-energy team that shares in celebrating successes

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable with multi-line phones
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
• Organized, motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• $18.50/hour plus monthly incentives
• Available to work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day
