About the role

Inside Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in our go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies, serving as a key component in achieving our revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers.
• Validate customer concerns, handle questions and secure their business.
• Have excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
• Partner closely with your Inside Sales colleagues, as well as other internal partners as you develop a thorough understanding of our products, benefits and future enhancements.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects and opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
• Bring a sense of fun to work every day.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• A High School diploma.
• 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota.
• Consistent record of providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus.
• A high sense of urgency and persistency.
• A strongly positive attitude with a mindset for finding solutions and ways to win.
• A keen inclination to learn new technologies and put them into practice.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills are essential, as the role involves making a high volume of phone calls to pre-qualified leads, tracking activities and tasks in Salesforce, and securing new accounts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A commanding presence on the phone.
• The ability to articulate the Veriforce value proposition and program details.
• Knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce.
