Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist in the onboarding of new accounts.
- Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all sales activities. This includes entry of relevant information into United Performance Metals CRM system and communication to relevant parties / individuals in the company.
- Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements.
- Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts.
- Works with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Inside Sales/managing contracts/customer service experience.
- Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain or production planning environments.
- Expert navigation of Enterprise Resource Planning system or other sales data entry platforms.
