About the role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside SalesTteam. The role involves engaging with current and potential clients, nurturing existing accounts, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and developing your skills in B2B sales, territory management, and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand customer database
  • Capture accurate and complete information in customer relationship management
  • Quote and handle order execution from acceptance to completion
  • Close Sales
  • Make Outbound Sales calls
  • Note suggestions or complaints and communicate to the Quality/Operations group

Requirements

  • Prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills including typing, number keys, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in Inside Sales or equivalent education (associate’s degree from an accredited institution)

  • Technology sales experience
