About the role
We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative on-site (Hybrid) in Reno, Nevada to join our team. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to develop their sales skills and advance to a higher-level Outside Sales position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small accounts through consistent outreach, relationship building, and tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify, research, and qualify new accounts to hand off to senior sales executives.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and product/service presentations.
- Execute targeted campaigns to expand revenue within assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and revenue growth targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to qualify prospects and uncover decision-making processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and professional growth.
- Comfort using CRM tools and sales technology.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

$60,000 - $65,000 plus bonus opportunity
