Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability.
  • Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, oil and gas or similar industries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable dealing with objections.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales success.
