Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability.
- Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, oil and gas or similar industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable dealing with objections.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales success.
