Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects
- Conducting outbound calls and email outreach to engage and nurture new business opportunities
- Collaborating with team members and employer partners to optimize sales processes
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead status
- Contributing to a positive, energetic sales culture and supporting peers in their development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional fluency in English
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets
- Interest in starting a sales career as a recent graduate or career switcher
- Experience communicating with prospective customers via phone and email
