Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and manufacturing representatives to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and provide necessary support.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, update pricing, provide order status, and address technical or commercial inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, and present product features and benefits as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge to support effective customer education.
  • Quote and Purchase Order Processing for Standard Products
    • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via web, email, and phone.
    • Qualify incoming requests by understanding customer needs, application context, and potential fit for SENS products.
    • Guide prospective customers through SENS’s product portfolio, recommending appropriate solutions.
    • Develop and accurately communicate quotes, ensuring they are precise and that customer purchase orders align with these quotes.
    • Ensure correct entry and fulfillment of orders in coordination with the Order Management team.
    • Support the outside sales team with quote requests for their customers.
  • SUPPORT THE SENS ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CPQ) AND HUBSPOT
    • Follow up on outstanding quotes to address questions, overcome objections, and move opportunities forward.
    • Track and update all interactions and opportunities in HubSpot CRM, ensuring pipeline visibility.
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Team and HubSpot Team to drive continuous improvement in the sales and order management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales.
  • Associates or higher degree.
  • Ability to develop technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and service skills.
  • Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and self-directed, with a bias for follow-up and process improvement.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.

Location

Fully on-site in Longmont, CO

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay

Base Compensation: $30 - $37 per hour
Commission: This position is eligible for quarterly commission, with an annual On Target Earning (OTE) of $90,000 - $110,000.
