POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Effectively sell SFC products/services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to remain focused and motivated in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software
