About the role

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Clinical Chemistry team. In this role, you'll partner with hospitals, physician office laboratories, independent labs, and healthcare professionals to introduce innovative diagnostic solutions that help improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing laboratory customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending clinical chemistry products and solutions.
  • Managing a sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on opportunities.
  • Collaborating with field sales representatives and internal teams to support customer success.
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact through implementation.
  • Staying informed on clinical chemistry products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system.

Pay

Note: This is a remote position. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $31-$33. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
