The Role
We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.

What You’ll Do
- Makes outbound calls to prospective customers
- Qualifies leads and identifies customer needs
- Schedules appointments or closes sales based on campaign structure
- Delivers a clear and compelling value proposition
- Handles objections and navigates conversations with decision-makers
- Accurately tracks activity and pipeline in CRM systems
- Consistently meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time W-2 position
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000+
