Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Technical reviews of plans and specifications
• Equipment selections
• Compilation of technical submittals
• Equipment pricing and equipment lead times
• Training on the HVAC equipment we represent
• Development of long-term relationships
• Clearly communicate with Sales & Estimating teams
• Address equipment design and selection requests
• Track progress, changes, & identify any risk on equipment
• Work with Project Manager on equipment hand-off, submittals and IOM
• Ensure technical submittals are correct, complete and align with project requirements
• Work with S. Conley staff and vendors to utilize software and platform needed to complete work
• Develop and grow relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers and manufacturers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and manage high volume projects
• Desire to grow professionally and possess an interest in establishing a career in equipment sales
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of MEP consulting, architecture, design, CAD, general contracting, mechanical contracting, engineering or construction industry

Benefits

• Full Time Position
• Base Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 per year DOE+ Performance Bonus Comp Plan+ Substantial Benefits Package+ Regular Business Hours are typically 8am to 5pm including a lunch break.

Environmental Requirements

• Will be required to work in an office environment and, infrequently, in the field.
