Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to person for customers seeking machinery solutions, ensuring a positive sales experience from start to finish.
- Exceed sales goals.
- Manage customer relationships through the CRM platform.
- Think outside the box to overcome objections.
- Utilize customer lists provided by Rexco to generate business opportunities.
- Identify prospective accounts using lead generation tools and follow up on referrals from existing clients.
- Showcase a determined and open‑minded approach to sales.
Requirements
- Two or more years of previous inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and equipment (advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- General computer knowledge.
Qualifications
- An Associate degree from a two‑year college or technical school is a great asset (not mandatory).
