About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new business opportunities using various lead generation techniques
  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Closing sales through effective communication and negotiation
  • Generating leads and converting them into paying customers
  • Updating CRM database with relevant client information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
