About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business opportunities using various lead generation techniques
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Closing sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Generating leads and converting them into paying customers
- Updating CRM database with relevant client information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
