Position Responsibilities
- Provide call resolution to customers and suppliers
- Establish customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Take and key orders
- Provide quotes
- Research item availability requests
- Answer pricing questions
- Enter returns and credits
- Order replenishment parts
Position Requirements
- Extensive phone communication experience in a Customer Service environment
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Instrumentation, Automation, & MRO Products, preferably for a distributor
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Purchasing, sourcing, or replenishment experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
