Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and close deals by providing effective solutions and presentations.
  • Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Schedule
