Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and close deals by providing effective solutions and presentations.
- Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
