Responsibilities

  • Research healthcare organizations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Connect with prospective customers through phone, email, and other outreach methods.
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and business partners.
  • Qualify opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer opportunities.
  • Support existing customers by delivering timely, professional service.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and the Outside Sales team.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements

You don't need prior medical device sales experience to succeed. We'll teach you everything you need to know. Successful candidates enjoy learning, communicating confidently, being curious, staying organized, taking ownership, and working well across multiple departments.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, inside sales, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Pay

This is a base plus commission role. The base salary is $42,000 to $48,000 depending on experience.
