Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product support, processing orders, and helping drive sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer partnerships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives and internal departments
• Follow up on orders, quotes, deliveries, and customer inquiries
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and new solutions
• Contribute ideas that improve processes and customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, distribution, construction, industrial, electrical, or wholesale experience
• Experience working with ERP or business management software is a plus

Pay

$27–$30 per hour plus profit sharing, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–4:00 pm.
