About the role

We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives with a strong focus on calling cold and warm leads to identify and optimize SMB accounts in our markets. The ideal candidate will help businesses create and implement a technology roadmap while building a career that offers financial security and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Help clients build a plan to implement technology solutions for their businesses.
• Make outbound sales calls to generate business-to-business leads.
• Schedule sales appointments for Account Executives.
• Assist and support the sales team with maintaining existing accounts and closing new deals.

Requirements

• Self-starter who is proactive and focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Call center or cold calling experience highly desired.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, highly productive, and goal-driven environment.
• Coachable and 100% committed to becoming successful.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred; strong B2C sales or customer service background considered.
• Ability to develop new business and exceed goals.
