Inside Sales Representative
About the role
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key customer contact and resource for our clients in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
- Receive, place, and fill customer orders.
- Provide and recommend solutions to the customer.
- Place and receive purchase orders.
- Quote and invoice processing.
- Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.
This role requires a positive and outgoing attitude, attention to detail, the ability to be a team player, and to provide excellent customer service. You will act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Proven success in a sales and customer-focused environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of sales experience required.
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.
- Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus.
- Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.
