Inside Sales Representative

About the role

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team at the Haskell, TX jobsite location. The ideal candidate will be a key customer contact and resource, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service
• Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders
• Providing and recommending solutions to the customer
• Placing and receiving purchase orders
• Quoting and invoice processing
• Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales experience required
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus
• Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
