About the role

This seasonal, entry-level position is part of a team responsible for selling all New England Revolution ticket inventory. The program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of sales, including prospecting over the phone and online, setting and running meetings, and closing business. Each representative works closely with their sales manager and the senior leadership team for guidance. The role emphasizes individual, group, corporate, and youth soccer sales, with adjustments based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Learn best practices for selling season, group, corporate, and youth soccer game tickets.
  • Sell Revolution sales products to a wide variety of prospective buyers and provide post-sale service to customers.
  • Perform grassroots marketing activities across greater New England to drive fan development and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with customers to close sales.
  • Process orders using the Archtics ticketing system and the Revolution intranet, completing all required forms and documents to ensure proper delivery of package elements.
  • Assist in planning and executing Revolution elements on game days and at events.
  • Meet weekly with management to evaluate results and establish strategies for driving new business.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as dictated by business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience required.
  • Prior inside sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Highly proficient with computers, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with team members and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and focused concentration.
  • Ability to make timely decisions in the context of workflow.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and responsiveness.
  • Ability to complete tasks under speed or productivity quotas.
  • Adhere to process protocols and apply established protocols in a timely manner.
