Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space.
• Achieve sales forecast and gain adoption and utilization of the product portfolio.
• Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians.
• Coordinate sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory.

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience preferred.
• Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the following competencies: Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Sales Persuasion, Dedication, Perseverance, Ingenuity, and Adaptability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience preferred.
• Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred.

• Ability to deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone.
• Advanced listening and decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment.
• Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
• High work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
• Flexibility to meet the fluctuating business needs.
