Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space.
• Achieve sales forecast and gain adoption and utilization of the product portfolio.
• Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products.
• Coordinate sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory.

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience preferred.
• Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Successfully demonstrated the following competencies: Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Sales Persuasion, Dedication, Perseverance, Ingenuity, and Adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Related experience in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory via inside sales.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $30-$33 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
