About the role

The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the launch and marketing of pharmaceutical and medical products. They establish and maintain relationships with targeted accounts and physicians to promote the product portfolio and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls or electronic inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.
  • Maintains and updates current and prospective target Prescriber profiles.
  • Plans and organizes Territory to meet sales and call targets.
  • Submits timekeeping, details, call activity, within the approved CRM.
  • Ensures compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university required.
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success selling in a remote only environment.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage and influence key discussions with physicians.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an office including clinical discussions with prescribers.
  • Proven track record of success in a competitive environment with documented performance a strong plus.
  • Proven impactful presentation skills.
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred.
  • Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner.
  • High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work.

Qualifications

  • Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $32.00-$34.62 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

The schedule for this role is typically full-time, but may vary based on business needs.
