Inside Sales Representative
The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our Torin business. This role is all about turning open quotes into wins—engaging with customers, upselling where possible, and keeping pipelines moving in Salesforce.
You’ll partner closely with Customer Care and Technical Application Specialists, ensuring customers feel supported and opportunities never slip through the cracks. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role—perfect for someone who thrives on achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively follow up on open quotes to close sales.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to build relationships, nurture leads, and upsell products.
- Partner with Customer Care, Technical Application, and Field Sales teams to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
- Track and report on KPIs including bookings, contacts, and conversion rates.
- Deliver excellent customer service and timely information.
- Ensure organized records of all open and closed quotes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (manufacturing or elevator industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple quotes at once.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule
Our ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Pay
Salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
