About the Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our growing Regional Sales team in the Premises segment. This role requires tight interaction with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, managing our software-based renewal cycle, supporting pipeline hygiene and deal velocity, upselling complementary products, and ensuring operational excellence in order fulfillment. A key component of this role is building, maintaining, and expanding strong relationships with our partner base and customers. Success requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn the ins and outs of our business, and self-motivation to take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partner and end-user account relationships, including understanding needs, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature knowledge, and understanding the marketplace and competition.
- Manage license administration and renewal cycle for Hirsch's software-based products within a designated territory.
- Support Regional Sales reps in managing the sales cycle for run-rate business (under $15K) and maintaining Salesforce pipeline hygiene.
- Utilize product knowledge to configure price quotes in Salesforce and partner with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to the order fulfillment cycle.
- Maintain integrity of accounts, opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce.
- Conduct ad hoc activities to support the Sales segment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- 2+ years of sales, sales development, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers/partners and gain their trust and respect.
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- High attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge required.
