About the role

As an Inside Sales professional, you will provide total support to sales representatives and their customers by delivering technical support, pre-sale, and post-sales activities. You will partner with customers to help make the world healthier, safer, and more balanced.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full customer service and order management.
  • Take ownership to understand the customer's needs.
  • Efficiently offer product alternatives based on clear application requirements to meet customer and sales objectives.
  • Act as an information resource for Field Sales Representatives.
  • Improve the scope of supply.
  • Review incoming order requests.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding sales through additional options and complementary products.
  • Represent Rosemount policies and practices properly across various communication channels to customers.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Three (3) years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global, heavily matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
  • Bi-lingual ability is a plus.
