About the role
Gymreapers is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role supports the Director of Sales in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales with day-to-day communication, coordination, and activity management for key accounts to ensure consistent support, timely follow-up, and strong client relationships.
- Conduct calls to prospective clients to introduce Gymreapers products/services.
- Qualify leads to determine their suitability for further engagement and follow up.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and effective account management.
- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets keeping company metrics in mind.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and account information.
- Provide regular feedback to the Account Manager regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Retail Field Sales experience
- Retail wholesale distribution experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and HUNGRY TO SELL!
- Able to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional ability to deliver concise, incisive, logical written documents and has the presence to deliver recommendations effectively to demanding audiences.
- Comfortable working in a diverse environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity while adapting easily to rapidly changing business conditions.
- The ability to quickly grasp the business and economic issues of a situation and develop the best solution; find creative ways to solve complex issues among demanding parties and achieve “win win” resolutions.
- Possesses strong self-confidence and perseverance, with the ability to earn the trust of others.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM software
- Occasional travel and/or attendance at weekend events required
- Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry is a plus.
