Sales Profit Goals
Through successful execution of all sales plans and activities assigned
Repeatable Sales Process and Project Proposals

Identify and Progress Opportunities
- Document sales activities in CRM
- Close sales to defined standards
Process, Product, and In-Market Presentation Training
- Completion of assigned training
Quality Customer Interactions
- Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards
Operational Improvement
- Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization
Requirements
- College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience
- A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity”
- NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System

Salary Range
Up to $65,600 based on salary plus incentives for achieving sales goals.
