As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will help residential and business customers, often during urgent situations like broken glass. You’ll provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customers feel at ease while addressing their needs. Glass Doctor invests in training, tools, and processes to set you up for success, offering career growth and income control.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls professionally, determine the purpose, and collect/verify contact information.
• Enter customer details into the point-of-sale system.
• Schedule appointments for flat projects to close sales promptly.
• Assist auto glass customers using open-ended questions to gather accurate vehicle information.
• Respond to email requests quickly to secure opportunities.
• Collect payments from customers for completed work.

Requirements

• One year or more of customer service experience (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of glass trade tools.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (to drive a company vehicle).
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Outstanding phone, computer, and internet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
