About the Role
Generator Supercenter is looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Representative to actively work in our call center. Join our team and be part of the largest residential generator installer in the state of Texas, rapidly expanding across the US.
Responsibilities
- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain proper phone etiquette.
- Answer customers’ questions, resolve their concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
- Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services.
- Maintain and improve the database of prospects and research new leads.
- Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
- Tend to a high volume of calls.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, hours are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour plus commission.
