Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Fast-growing visual communications company seeks Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers
• Work with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with company's vision and values
• Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management
• Work with customers at front counter doing consultative sales
• Provide detailed communications via email, phone, in person
• Consult, troubleshoot, and problem-solve to create signs for customers
• Meet sales targets (monthly and annually)
• Schedule appointments as needed

Requirements

• Inside Sales 3+ years experience
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Must be customer focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills
• Open to applicants with and without a college degree

Qualifications

• Direct experience in the printing industry or a sign company, particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise, would be a plus
• Printing and/or Sign shop experience a PLUS
