Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify new and existing sales opportunities to pursue
- Front end prospecting through phoning, emails and LinkedIn, to identify and build trusted partnerships for Evans Outside Sales Team.
- Set up discovery meetings for Outside Sales team.
- Evaluate current opportunities that lack forward momentum.
- Weekly interaction with our sales team to ensure pipeline is actively being pursued.
- Utilize Hubspot to reference engagement with customers and track progress.
- Understand our technology platforms and resources to drive automation.
- Study and understand market trends and seasonality.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Education: N/A
- Experience/ Training: 5+ years of related experience. Leadership experience. Industry knowledge and expertise.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read, write, type, and speak English fluently.

- Technology/ Equipment: Experience with transportation management systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook as well as the ability and willingness to learn new software.
