Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify new and existing sales opportunities to pursue
  • Front end prospecting through phoning, emails and LinkedIn, to identify and build trusted partnerships for Evans Outside Sales Team.
  • Set up discovery meetings for Outside Sales team.
  • Evaluate current opportunities that lack forward momentum.
  • Weekly interaction with our sales team to ensure pipeline is actively being pursued.
  • Utilize Hubspot to reference engagement with customers and track progress.
  • Understand our technology platforms and resources to drive automation.
  • Study and understand market trends and seasonality.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: N/A
  • Experience/ Training: 5+ years of related experience. Leadership experience. Industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read, write, type, and speak English fluently.
  • Licenses/ Certifications: N/A
  • Technology/ Equipment: Experience with transportation management systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook as well as the ability and willingness to learn new software.
