Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and solve problems with a smile.
• Book reservations for transportation services, including airport shuttles and private charters.
• Drive sales by recommending additional services and upselling when opportunities arise.
• Follow up with customers, answer their questions, and ensure their trips go smoothly.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations from bookings to final destinations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
