About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative in Bohemia, NY, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and cold calling them to discuss product offerings.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and support services.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals by presenting compelling value propositions and addressing client concerns.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
